Do you provide free estimates?
We offer free onsite and online estimates depending on the scope of work. Every service we provide is tailored to each of our clients needs. We offer the best solutions for our clients rainwater management needs and don't believe that an estimate fee should hold you back from maintaining your home.
Do I need to be home for my service?
We know you can have a busy schedule, we can get the job done while you are at work or running errands! On your scheduled service date we will text you when we are on the way to your home and send your invoice via email when we are done. We strive to make maintaining your home a convenience.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & ACH transfer). Alternatively, we also accept check and cash payments for your service onsite or by mail. We will email your invoice to you after the work is performed, it will provide a link to pay online.
Do you require a deposit for your services?
We do require a 20% deposit for all jobs over $1,000 at least 3 days prior to your scheduled service date. You can make this payment online with your appointment confirmation link, we will send this to you once the job is approved and scheduled. All deposits are non-refundable.
